Return Policy

If you purchased an item from us which you would like to return, please follow these instructions:

• Please let us know within 72 hours of receiving the package.
• Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please return the item to the following address:

• Item must be unopened and in original packaging.
• If your purchase was over $50.00, and you used our Free Shipping Service, please use USPS flat rate shipping to mail the item back to us. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue you a refund on the shipping cost.
• Original Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable if the item(s) ordered were under $50.00
• If we sent you the wrong spices, just let us know as soon as you receive the package by emailing us at info@deanmasala.com. We’ll make sure we’ll get you what you need ASAP.
